Nashuva’s 22nd Birthday Celebration – Friday Night, June 5th, 6:30pm at Clover Park

It will be a night to remember!

Join us as we celebrate Nashuva’s Birthday under the stars! 22 years ago, who could have dreamt we’d be celebrating such a momentous night: our 22nd Year Birthday Celebration! It will be a night to remember! Come out and rejoice with us! Join us as we pray together, enjoy a delicious Shabbat dinner and dance the night away!

The mystical meaning of the number 22 is “Togetherness” – in these times of division we need community more than ever, and what a sacred community we have built together!

What a memorable night it will be! Welcoming Shabbat beneath the starts, a night like no other, with Rabbi Levy and the whole Nashuva Band, all of us united, singing, praying, feasting, learning, rejoicing, meditating, dancing and giving thanks to God for 22 years of blessings “together” and for all the blessed days ahead filled with hope – taking us higher!

All are welcome, there is no set charge to attend but we do ask that you register and donate, so please REGISTER NOW. And please share the date of this momentous celebration with all your loved ones and friends.

The past twenty-two years have demonstrated the importance of our Nashuva family.

We’ve been mediating, praying with the Nashuva Band, singing, drumming, celebrating Passover, Tot Shabbat, adult B’nai Mitzvot, holidays and Shabbat, lifting each other up. We have been working together to heal our city and our world with acts of kindness. We have taken our prayers outdoors in parks and on the beach to feel connected to one another and to the presence of God. High Holy Days at the Skirball – we definitely took it higher. Drumming at Tashlich on Rosh Hashanah is a highlight we all treasure. Together we are light and we spread light and healing.

Nashuva needs your generosity now more than ever. Nashuva has always embraced a different model – open to all, with no dues, tickets or building fund. We are proud that we’ve pioneered a way to bring more people into meaningful Jewish life, and our model depends on you to sustain us.

Twenty-two years ago, Nashuva was born out of a dream that Judaism could bring people together in prayer, song, learning and service. We have succeeded beyond our wildest dreams and you have played a crucial part in turning Nashuva’s dream into reality. In the twenty-two years since Nashuva was created, we have helped you and tens of thousands of others connect with a Jewish experience that is spiritually meaningful, relevant and full of light.

Your support makes it possible for Nashuva to offer our inspiring musical prayer services in person and online, our social action mitzvot to those in need and our live webcast that reaches tens of thousands of unaffiliated Jews across the globe!

WHAT:	Nashuva’s 22nd Birthday Shabbat Service & Festive Shabbat Dinner!
PARKING:	In addition to the Clover Park lot (to the north of the location), there is ample street parking on Donald Douglas Loop N to the east of the location and on 25th Street to the west of the location. Street parking will be closest to south end of the park where the service will be held. Donald Douglas Loop N has a drop-off area nearest the location of the service. Please be sure to check street signs for restrictions before parking on the street.
