We will come together in honor of Tu B’Shvat, the Jewish New
Year of the Trees, to heal our land in the wake of the
devastating Malibu & Woolsey Fires and drought, starting with a
short mystical Tu B’Shvat Seder.
During the Seder, we will bless and thank the trees for
providing their fruits and other life and health protecting
services.
Following the Seder, we will use our own hands to prepare native
plants and trees that will later be planted to rehabilitate fire
and drought damaged areas affected by the recent and previous
fires across the Santa Monica Mountains.
