Tashlich is a time to release the weight of the year that is now behind us. We release our wrongdoings, whatever needs to be left behind.
Please join us for an amazing service at Venice Beach (Where Venice Blvd meets the sand.) We will do Tashlich, cast our burdens and wrongs into the sea, have a drumming circle and blow the shofar.
If you are joining us for Tashlich, In-person services, please bring:
- Piece of bread for throwing
- Sunscreen
- Sweater
- Hat
- Blanket (to sit on),
- Water
- Percussion instrument for drumming circle
We will not be distributing drums this year at Tashlich, so please bring your own drum, shaker or tambourine.
Please dress casually in white (you may want to bring a sweater, bring sunscreen, hat, blanket to sit on, water), bread for throwing and a percussion instrument.
Please spread the word and invite all your friends to join us!
