Nashuva’s Sweet 16th Birthday Celebration

Please join us Live for Nashuva’s inspiring Shabbat experience like no other.
A magical night of music, wisdom, transformation and light
with Rabbi Naomi Levy and the Nashuva Band!

Please Note:  We have chosen to postpone our Sweet Sixteen Celebration to Next Shabbat,  June 12, 2020.

Nashuva is turning 16 and we are planning to celebrate with you! We hope you will join us and bless an organization that has been a blessing in your life.

Sixteen years ago, Nashuva was born out of a dream that Judaism could bring people together in prayer, song, learning and service. We have succeeded beyond our wildest dreams – and you have played a crucial part in turning Nashuva’s dream into reality. In the 16 years since Nashuva was created, we have helped you – and tens of thousands of others – connect with a Jewish experience that is spiritually meaningful and full of light.

Your continued faith over the years has made it possible for us to thrive in these difficult times and to reach this momentous occasion.

Your support makes it possible for Nashuva to offer our inspiring musical prayer services in person and online, our social action mitzvahs to those in need, and now, our weekly live webcast that reaches tens of thousands of unaffiliated Jews across the globe!

The past few months have demonstrated the importance of our Nashuva family now more than ever. We’ve been meditating, praying, singing and celebrating on Passover and weekly on Shabbat — strengthening our resilience and lifting each other up. Together we have been turning a time of fear into a time of healing and compassion.

This year, our celebration will take place on Shabbat, June 12th, with a livestream Nashuva musical Shabbat experience online with the whole Nashuva Band. Sing with us, pray with us, light candles with us, meditate with us, receive a blessing and raise a glass to us and dance with us from your home! Sixteen Sweet Years is truly an occasion to thank God for all we have created and for all the light and blessings we are yet to share and to spread together!

With your generous support Nashuva will continue to touch the lives of thousands and make our continued life’s work possible.

We hope you will support Nashuva on this special night with your gift of Tzedakah for this event. Please click here to give according to your ability. The suggested donation is $180 and any amount is welcome.

If you are able to give at the highest levels, please click here to join our Honorary Birthday Committee. Nashuva needs your generosity now more than ever. Nashuva has always embraced a different model – open to all, with no dues, tickets or building fund. We are proud that we’ve pioneered a way to bring more people into meaningful Jewish life, and our model depends on you to sustain us.
